Why The Top Internet Marketers all Use Mentors

I am often asked, “Why Do I Need a Mentor. I can figure this out on my own, can’t I?” 

Well maybe you can, with huge amounts of luck and thousands of hours of research and trial and error. And it wouldn’t hurt to already be a marketing and internet genius.

Am I being sarcastic? 

Not one bit.

When I first started marketing on the internet it was relatively much simpler than it is today. I still utilized mentors to cut my learning curve to zero.

I did not have the time to waste trying out programs and techniques that didn’t work or had a secret twist that only the geeks and gurus knew.

I’m extremely thankful that I did because it greatly accelerated my success on the internet. I would still be researching and surfing for the secrets today.

Wake UP!

Who would you want performing life or death brain surgery on you. Someone who had surfed the internet and read a lot on brain surgery or someone that had done an internship under a great Neurosurgeon?

But Chris, give me a break. This isn’t brain surgery and it’s not a life or death situation.

Well maybe starting or making an internet business successful isn’t a life or death situation, however it definitely is life or death for your particular financial future. It could be the difference between your financial Success or Financial failure.

There are so many variables that you need to get right from day one that you can’t afford not to have a mentor to show you the short cuts. Wouldn’t you like to make money without spinning your wheels. That’s why you need a mentor!

The second ultra critical reason why the successful entrepreneurs use mentors has to do with mindset and motivation.

I spend as much time on mindset and motivation as I do on the technical aspects of internet marketing.

Why?

Because most beginning entrepreneurs don’t have a clue about the dedication, motivation, and mindset that it takes to make an internet business successful.

Having someone to bounce ideas back and forth, confirm that you are going in the right direction, set you back on the right track when you stray, and pick you up when you are down are invaluable. They are the difference between success and failure.  Having your own mentor is like having your very own LIFE COACH!
